In the ''Anigasaki'' world setting, she is portrayed as a globe-trotting businesswoman. The hotel in ''Okinawa'', which serves as a key location in the movie, is one of the properties owned by her company.

Additionally, she is a sponsor of the ''School Idol Grand Prix'', the competition in which the Nijigasaki members are participating.

Her personality often comes across as mysterious and easily misinterpreted in a negative way.

For example, she tells her daughter Lanzhu, ''"There's no point unless you aim for first place,"'' and then changes the members' accommodations to a suite room. Lanzhu interprets this as favoritism towards herself, leading to her initial rejection of the gesture. However, in reality, it was simply meant to allow all six members, who had been split between two triple rooms, to stay in the same room together.

Another instance occurs when her secretary informs her that a live stage cannot be secured. She attempts to set up a temporary stage at an outdoor pool inside the hotel and decides to incorporate pink-gold, Lanzhu’s member color. However, Kasumi catches her in the act and accuses her of ''"blatant cheating!"''—only to later realize that every other school idol’s colors had already been incorporated, and Lanzhu’s was the only one missing.

On the morning of the third day of the Grand Prix, suspicion arises that Lanzhu's mother may have manipulated the rankings when the Nijigasaki members collectively drop in position. However, this doubt is cleared when Kasumi’s rank suddenly skyrockets after her ''selfie video'' goes viral.

Despite being Lanzhu’s mother, she has had minimal communication with her daughter, possibly due to her busy schedule.

As a result, they lacked a deep understanding of each other’s feelings. However, she did put in effort to help Lanzhu transfer to Nijigasaki High School and believed her daughter could succeed in the Grand Prix without parental favoritism—demonstrating a degree of parental love.

As mentioned earlier, tensions between her and Lanzhu escalated due to the Grand Prix situation, but thanks to Kasumi’s intervention, their misunderstandings were resolved, and they apologized to each other.

Toward the end of the movie, during the credits scene, she watches Lanzhu and Ayumu’s live performance from above while engaged in a phone conversation with [[Chloe Taylor|another woman]] in a different location.

During the conversation, she says, ''"When I was suddenly told to add another stage, I really wasn’t sure what to do."'' Since the pool stage at Ayumu’s live venue was built without direct request, it is likely that the stage modeled after ''Shuri Castle'', Lanzhu’s venue, was the one she was referring to. However, the specifics remain unclear.

Additionally, on the way home, as they discuss constructing the pool stage, Lanzhu says, ''"I have one request,"'' but any connection between this scene and the previous conversation is currently unknown.
