But as she gets to know [[Tsuzuri Yugiri|Tsuzuri]] and Sayaka, she is instilled with a new drive: to finally become something as a member of DOLLCHESTRA. Sayaka, recognizing her will power as being similar to her own, respects her relentless motivation and hard work, likening her to a hard-working, bright yellow color.

To pump herself up, she shouts "Chesuto!!", a phrase which she got from her grandfather. She tends to freeze up and speak a mile a minute when nervous, but speaks very matter-of-factly and to the point. Kosuzu is eager to challenge new things, despite expecting to fail, and isn't afraid to keep trying no matter how often she has to.

Kosuzu's biggest weakness is giving up before even starting something, and is obvlious to the fact she doesn't get the difference between courage and recklessness. Ginko's grandmother attended Hasunosora Girls' High School and was a member of the Performing Arts Club, which later became the School Idol Club.
