== Background ==
Hime is a competitive gamer who streams under the screen name "Tsumayoji". She enjoys first-person shooter games in particular and has won a student tournament with her team back in middle school. However, they disbanded after they won, as everyone had different places to go and goals to accomplish in life. She was left wondering what to do before witnessing Mira-Cra Park! for the first time. By watching their lives, she learned to proudly shout out what she loved, and now aims to show the whole world the game that she loves. To do this, she entered Hasunosora, and was accepted purely by her extracurricular merits from gaming.

Hime was raised by her older sister, who is her only known family member and her legal guardian. Her sister bought her a computer to help Hime make new friends and to "cheer her up" (likely a situation related to her parents), leading her to the world of games.

== Personality ==
Hime is extremely passionate about gaming and school idols, especially towards [[Mira-Cra Park!]], whom she adores. She only ever thinks about these two things, often using gaming references in regular conversations. Hime has a tendency to yell "UOOOOOOOH!" whenever she gets hyped up, but she doesn't seem to notice it. The same can be said for her speech: it's usually slower in tempo, but gets much faster when in fangirl mode. She is much more laid-back and easygoing when talking to classmates and club members outside of her unit.

She loves battles, whether in games or real life, because they show your prowess and how much practice you've put in. She likes that it shows one's mental fortitude, and says that she truly feels alive when competing. There's no other place she can feel such thrill and restlessness.

But her true passion in life is connecting with others, or as she calls it, a "multiplayer match". In games, this means that she can play with others despite being alone, and in the school idol club this refers to her being able to spend her days training and playing with her friends. What she loves the most is the feeling of connecting with those around her.

Despite being aware of everyone's weaknesses, Hime chooses not to say anything because she was afraid talking about ways on how to improve would make them quit. This made Hime worry about whether she was taking things too seriously.

Hime has a tall, slim figure. She has waist-length pastel pink hair with a blonde ombre, arranged into a high bubble ponytail at the top, which then falls into a loose ponytail tied with a long black bow. Over her school uniform, she wears a short-hooded sweatshirt, pink with a violet lining during winter, and white with a light blue lining during summer. Hime has light blue eyes and pink nail polish on.

Her casual outfits are usually kimonos.

Ginko enjoys taking long walks to admire historical buildings, especially Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples, and takes pride in the museum in her hometown.

She struggles with unexpected situations and tends to freeze under pressure, which is why she feels the need to prepare thoroughly for everything. Ginko’s main weakness is her desire to go with the flow to avoid standing out as strange, which can make her seem stubborn. She's afraid of failure and often hides her true feelings out of fear of annoying others.

Emma hails from Switzerland, and like the tranquil and majestic landscapes of the Swiss Alps, possesses a heart that is just as gentle and glowing. Coming from a family with eight younger siblings (seven in the anime), she would leave her home country to pursue becoming a school idol in Japan, eventually transferring to Nijigasaki High School. She shares a dorm with [[Karin Asaka]], whom she develops a close friendship with.

She uses the Italian word "Buono" (meaning "good") when introducing herself, which indicates that she comes from the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland, which includes the cantons (Swiss Confederation member state) of Ticino and the Grisons.

Along with Shizuku Osaka and Kanata Konoe, Emma works with the Love Live! School idol festival app, where the three of them originally appeared as N-rarity characters. In SIFAS, she formerly attended the Y.G. International Academy.

==Personality==
Emma is a kind and easygoing girl with a healing nature. She is very cheerful, pleasant, and tries to look after the other idols. She aims to be encouraging and to help others smile. Despite being a solo idol, she's not too fond of competition and tends to avoid aggressive competitions.

Like Shizuku, Emma tends to keep her worries to herself because she doesn't want others to worry about her. She gets nervous easily.

Having 8 siblings back home, she can relate to Kanata on the joys of being an older sister. Her family regularly sends her video letters so they can stay connected and on weekends, Emma will typically spend an hour chatting with them via webcam.

In an All Stars bond episode, she reveals that her dream to become a school idol was the reason why she studied Japanese and eventually came to Japan. She first learned about them after seeing a TV show about them in Switzerland on a night where a snowstorm meant she had to spend the night alone. Her pursuit of her dream has also allowed her to combat being homesick.

It was also revealed in All Stars that she met [[Mai Natsukawa]], an idol who sings the song Emma heard as a child that inspired her to be a school idol. The song [[Aion no Uta]] is originally a song by one of Mai's seniors which was passed down to her. Mai performed the song during her last concert as an idol and then passed it down to Emma.

In her free time, Emma enjoys going on outdoor expeditions that include woodland walks and playing in the river, often packing a lunch with her and spending upwards of 7 hours being surrounded by nature. She enjoys quilting as well.

However, following Megumi’s accident and her own personal growth, Kozue gradually softened. As the leader of Cerise Bouquet, she mentored her new junior with newfound warmth and maturity.

Kozue is a graceful and elegant honor student, excelling in both academics and sports. Though highly admired at Hasunosora, she remains humble and never boastful. She is diligent and puts her full effort into everything she does. While she struggles with technology, she insists she’s working on turning it into a strength.

As a perfectionist, Kozue sets high and precise standards for herself, often pushing her limits in pursuit of excellence. She's especially hard on herself and has a history of neglecting her own well-being to meet expectations, which has negatively impacted her health during key moments. She also used to conceal her true feelings and pretend everything was fine, but she’s now more open to honest communication and accepting constructive feedback.
