Despite this reaction, however, their performance was not good enough for them to win, only garnering enough votes to achieve 9th place overall. Aqua discovered Love Live from the Snow Halation memes that were everywhere in the late 2010s. She started watching as a bit of irony, expecting something simple and cringe.
