Noriko Chofu is a main character in Love Live! Bluebird. She is a first-year student at Love High School's Fukui Satellite and member of IKIZULIVE!.
Background
- A first-year student at L High School Fukui Satellite. She considers herself an ordinary, unremarkable "mass-produced type." Her dream is to become a voice actor, and although she managed to join an agency after bravely applying for an audition in her third year of junior high, she has not yet landed any work.[1]
Noriko was born in Gifu, and currently lives in Fukui. She enrolled at L High and joined the school idol club to advance her dream of becoming a voice actress.
At one point, she was considering transferring to a voice acting course at UTX High School to get priority auditions.[2]

Personality
Noriko is a gloomy girl who is always dwelling on her faults. She considers herself to be completely average in looks, skills, hobbies, and life goals. Despite her lack of self-esteem, she is determined to turn her life around, pushing through her anxieties to audition at a voice acting agency. She admires Miracle's self-assured confidence.
Clubs and Hobbies
While Noriko considers her interests unremarkable, she has a great variety of them. She especially enjoys anime and manga, which inspired her to become a voice actress. Noriko records foods reviews for Miracle's video channel as a way to improve her improvisational skills.
In middle school, she was part of the library and beautification committees, and is an avid reader. She also plays volleyball.
Appearance
Noriko has long purple-gray hair and blunt bangs. She ties part her hair into pigtails with white ribbons, and she has a round ahoge (cowlick). Her downturned eyes are a red-brown, and she has thick eyebrows. Noriko is ashamed of her thick legs, so she only wears long skirts, including on her school uniform. Her casual clothing is elegant with lots of frills.
