"Little Green Iinkai" is Midori Yamada's first solo single. It was released on October 29, 2025 as a CD and digital release.
An early version of the single featuring only the title track and its instrumental was released digitally on September 18, 2025.

Release commemoration event
To commemorate the single's release, A mini-live by Honoka Kotomori (voice of Midori Yamada) and raffle was held on October 26, 2025.[1] The event was held at E BeanS in Sendai, Miyagi prefecture, with the mini-live at 14:00 and CD sales beginning at 10:00.
Customers who purchased a CD at the event were entered into a raffle for a "Priority Viewing & Special Gift Ticket" or square bromide of the single jacket. A limited number of priority viewing tickets were distributed, and those who already had a priority viewing ticket would instead be given a square bromide.
Audience members who entered with a "Priority Viewing & Special Gift Ticket" could receive a Midori greeting card.

Limited edition copies come with a "CD+Goods" bundle including an acrylic stand of the single's cover art.

Some goods using the single jacket art were created as purchase bonuses, available at participating stores while supplies last.[2] Bonuses are available for purchase of either the regular and limited edition unless otherwise specified.
