Kasane Hasekura is a side character in Love Live! School idol festival. She is a second-year student at Shinonome Academy, where she is a member of the Shinonome Academy Idol Club.
Kasane first debuted in the rhythm game Love Live! School idol festival as a N-rarity character, but also debuted in Season 1, Episode 7 of the Nijigasaki anime.
Background
Kasane is a second year at Shinonome Academy who decided to become a school idol in the interest of opening herself up to new experiences. She has a history of making her own clothes, and is skilled enough to create the idol costumes for her club. As a child, she had a lot of dreams about what she wanted to be when she grew up.
Personality
Kasane is a friendly and open girl who isn't afraid of speaking her mind, even about things that may be embarrassing such as not doing well on a test. She likes when people are open with her in turn. She originally liked doing things by herself if she knew how to do them, but after creating costumes with the other members of her school idol group, she becomes more appreciative of input from others. In the anime, she is good friends with Christina and Haruka Konoe.
Clubs and Hobbies
Along with making her own clothes, Kasane is a big fan of cosplay and is often found thinking about themed costumes to make for herself and her friends. She finds it fun creating costumes with a set budget, especially when finding reasonably-priced fabric, and sometimes stays up all night trying to improve her costumes. She has recently started to create accessories such as jewelry and hats to enhance the costumes she makes for the idol club.
Appearance
Kasane has shoulder-length orange hair, tied into two short plaits just behind her ears. Her eyes are the same orange as her hair.
